A hands-on senior position with genuine day-to-day ownership of the operation. You'll work closely with ownership, lead farm staff, and play a central role in how the business performs season to season. • Overseeing daily operations across the full 10,000 ha program • Leading and managing farm staff • Coordinating and supervising the major amelioration program • Keeping machinery, workflow, and logistics running at a high standard • Supporting planning and execution of seasonal programs • Maintaining strong standards across safety, performance, and presentation For the right person, this role has a clear pathway to greater responsibility as the business continues to scale.
