As the Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with ownership to oversee the day to day running of the farm while managing staff and ensuring all operations are executed efficiently.

This role is both hands on and leadership focused, requiring someone who can lead from the front while maintaining high standards across all areas of the operation.

A key focus of the role will be overseeing a large scale amelioration program, ensuring it is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
