AgRec was founded by Jimmy McKenzie, who grew up farming at Kojonup in WA's Great Southern, holds an agricultural business degree and has worked across broadacre cropping and livestock operations. What started as a one person business now recruits nationally, with people on the ground in the east as well as the west.

We started in Western Australia and have been steadily expanding east. Wherever the business sits, the leadership challenges are usually the same. We've just spent longer inside them than most.
