Our Story
AgRec was founded out of what began as a small agricultural contracting business based in Kojonup, Western Australia. After years of working hands-on with farmers and seeing the constant struggle to find skilled, reliable people, we recognised a bigger need, connecting the right people with the right farms.
That’s where AgRec was born. What started as a local service has grown into a trusted, statewide recruitment partner for the agricultural industry. Today, AgRec works with farmers and agribusinesses across Western Australia, helping fill roles of every kind, from broadacre cropping and mixed livestock operations to cattle stations, machinery operators, and truck drivers for haulage companies.
We know that every farm is different, and every hire matters. That’s why we take the time to understand each client’s needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that match skill, attitude, and culture. Every candidate is carefully vetted, reference checked, and assessed for the work ethic required to thrive in rural environments.
At AgRec, we’re proud to have earned the trust of farmers right across the state. Whether it’s seasonal harvest support or long-term station management, we’re committed to helping Australian agriculture grow stronger by connecting people and opportunity.
