AgRec Regional Recruitment is our core division — placing experienced workers into permanent and seasonal roles across agriculture, pastoral, transport, and regional industries right across Australia. Built from a contracting background in Kojonup, WA, we recruit the way a farmer would assess a hire. Work ethic, reliability, and fit for remote life matter as much as what's on a resume. AgRec Mining is our dedicated regional mining and resources recruitment division. We don't just fill seats — we build the workforce pipelines that keep your operation running from greenfield ramp-up through to steady-state production. Our candidates come from agricultural and remote Australia, people built for hard work, isolated conditions, and tight-knit teams. That's exactly what mining operations need.

AgRec Trades is our newest division, placing heavy diesel mechanics, fitters, and truck drivers for farms, mine sites, and transport operators across Western Australia. It's the same candidate pool that already services ag machinery and mine site plant, now recruited as its own dedicated line. No city agency guesswork, just people who know the trade.
