A well established mixed enterprise in the Wagin district is looking for an experienced, hands-on Farm Hand and Livestock Operator to join their team on a full-time basis. The property runs a productive combination of broadacre cropping and a sheep operation, and they are seeking someone who can take real ownership of their work and contribute across all aspects of the farm calendar.
🌾 About the role
A hands-on position working across both the cropping and livestock operations on a 1,500 Ha mixed enterprise. Cropping covers 1,000 Ha of canola, wheat and oats using John Deere tractors and header, DBS bar and Simplicity Bin, with GreenStar, Topcon and Trimble technology and liquid seeding capability. The livestock operation runs 4,000 sheep with a new shearing shed, new yards with sprinklers, new confinement pens and an auto weigher.
