Senior Farm Hand

A large-scale 6,500 ha cropping program producing wheat, barley, canola and lupins. Your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient operation of farm machinery and paddock preparation across all stages of the cropping program — ripping, seeding, spraying and harvest. Beyond that, you'll gradually take on crop monitoring, farm organisation and operational planning as your experience in the business grows. 🚜 Operating large-scale broadacre machinery 🌱 Paddock preparation, seeding, spraying and harvest 🔧 Machinery care, maintenance and setup 🌾 Crop monitoring and seasonal planning support 📋 Assisting with farm organisation and operational efficiency Standard hours are ~40 per week, with up to 60 hours during seeding and harvest.

• Several years experience in large-scale broadacre cropping • Strong machinery operating skills • Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability • HC licence and manual C class licence • Chemcert preferred — not essential • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
