Exciting harvest opportunity! We’re looking for experienced header operators to join a progressive 10,000ha broadacre enterprise in Mindarabin. With a strong focus on modern broadacre farming, you’ll be operating a fleet of New Holland 10.90s (all under 2 years old, including one brand new machine) in a professional and supportive team environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

🔸 Operate New Holland CR10.90 headers during harvest
🔸 Assist with harvest operations as required (6-day working weeks)
🔸 Maintain machinery to a high standard
🔸 Work as part of a skilled harvest crew

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

✔ Previous experience operating headers (New Holland preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of harvest operations and machinery maintenance
✔ Ability to work efficiently and safely in a team
✔ Reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail
