A genuine opportunity for a capable Cropping Farm Hand to get hands on across a full broadacre program with top gear and plenty of variety in the day to day.

A 13,000 hectare property producing grain and hay, with large on farm grain and hay storage facilities. The operation runs a substantial modern machinery fleet across seeding, spraying, harvest and hay, supported by a strong team environment.

🔧 About the Role
- Operate modern seeding, spraying, harvest and hay equipment across the program
- Assist across all seasonal operations from seeding through to harvest and hay
- General machinery upkeep and day to day maintenance
- Work as part of a capable team across a large scale cropping and hay operation
- General farm duties as required
✅ What You'll Need
- Experience operating broadacre machinery (seeding, harvest, spraying or hay)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get involved across the operation
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
