💰 $100,000 – $120,000 + Housing + Ute

Join a progressive 9,500ha mixed farming enterprise in WA’s Wheatbelt! This is a leadership role for an experienced Livestock Manager, overseeing a large Merino sheep operation alongside general farm responsibilities. You’ll work with modern infrastructure and be part of a supportive team committed to progressive farming practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

🔸 Manage the day-to-day operations of ~12,000 Merino sheep
🔸 Oversee shearing, lambing, animal health, feeding and grazing rotations
🔸 Operate and maintain new livestock infrastructure (5-stand shearing shed + multiple yards)
🔸 Support adoption of new systems (e.g., confinement feeding)
🔸 Contribute to general farm duties, machinery use, and fencing when required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

✔ Proven sheep livestock management experience (essential)
✔ Ability to lead and work within a team environment
✔ Skills in animal health, pasture management, and flock performance
✔ Machinery operation and maintenance experience preferred
✔ HR licence preferred (not essential)
✔ Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and reliability
