Harvest Truck Drivers

AgRec is placing truck drivers across a range of harvest operations this season — from WA through to Queensland. These are roles on well-run, professional broadacre farms running modern, well-maintained equipment across wheat, canola, barley and other grain crops. Positions vary by farm and region but typically involve carting grain from the paddock to the receival point — working as part of a tight harvest team during one of the busiest and most rewarding times of the farming year. Both employee and ABN contractor arrangements are available depending on the role and the farm.

Roles vary by farm but generally include: 🔸 Carting grain from the paddock to silos, bins or receival points 🔸 Operating chaser bins, side tippers, B-doubles or road trains depending on the operation 🔸 Working as part of a structured harvest team alongside header operators and farm staff 🔸 Basic pre-start checks and keeping your truck in good order throughout the harvest 🔸 Communicating with the farm manager and team on daily logistics and priorities

• HR or MC licence — essential • Experience driving in a farm or grain handling environment — preferred • Comfortable working long hours during peak harvest periods • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a full harvest run • ABN holders welcome — contractor arrangements available on selected roles
