Exciting mixed-role opportunity! We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to join a busy cropping, seed works, and mill operation in the Wheatbelt. This varied position combines operating modern farm machinery with hands-on seed cleaning, feed milling, and general farm duties. On-the-job training is available for the right person.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
🔸 Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm (longer hours during seeding/harvest)
🔸 Operate machinery for seeding and harvest (John Deere, Trimble GPS)
🔸 Grain cleaning, bagging, and packaging
🔸 Mill operations – mixing poultry rations, bagging 20kg feed bags
🔸 Set up, operate, and maintain plant equipment
🔸 Assist with truck coordination and weighing at seed works
🔸 General farm and workshop duties

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✔ Previous farm hand or agricultural experience preferred
✔ HR licence (MC licence desirable)
✔ Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
