Exciting mixed-role opportunity! We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to join a 4,300ha cropping and operation (plus 800 sheep) in Quairading. This is a hands-on role offering variety across seeding, spraying, harvest, livestock work, and general machinery operation. With a strong focus on modern broadacre farming, you’ll be working with modern Case IH machinery and precision technology in a supportive family-run business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

🔸 Operate machinery for seeding, spraying, harvest, and spreading
🔸 Sheep work – general animal husbandry and seasonal tasks
🔸 General farm and workshop duties

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

✔ Previous farm hand or agricultural experience (cropping and/or livestock)
✔ Machinery operating skills (header, sprayer, tractor, or similar)
✔ HR licence preferred (MC licence desirable)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative
