Are you a dedicated farm operator looking for a hands-on role at a progressive mixed enterprise in WA’s Great Southern? We’re seeking a reliable and passionate farm hand to join our team. About the Farm:
This mixed enterprise property covers 2,200 hectares, with 1,200 hectares dedicated to cropping (canola, wheat, barley, lupins) and 4,500 composite/ultrawhite ewes in an intensive lamb production system. The farm features modern machinery, including Case Rowtrac, Case 7230 header, JD 4940 SP, JD loader, bobcat, post rammer, and more. Technology includes Greenstar and Pro 700 Case systems.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operating and maintaining broadacre machinery (tractors, seeders, sprayers, headers, spreaders)
✔ Assisting with seasonal activities, including seeding, harvest, and livestock management
✔ Day-to-day maintenance, general farm duties, and record keeping
✔ Contributing to a high-stock-rate, intensive lamb production system (sheep experience valued but not essential)

About You:
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in a broadacre farming environment
✅ Honest, reliable, and composed under pressure, especially during seeding and harvest
✅ Truck licence (semi) preferred; ChemCert and other relevant certifications highly regarded
✅ Passion for agriculture and a long-term career in farming
