About the Farm

This diverse property covers 2,200 hectares, with 1,200 hectares dedicated to cropping (canola, wheat, barley, lupins) and 4,500 composite/ultrawhite ewes in an intensive lamb production system. Modern gear includes a Case Rowtrac, Case 7230 header, JD 4940 SP, JD loader, bobcat, post rammer and more. Technology includes Greenstar and Pro 700 Case systems.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and participate in daily operations across cropping and livestock enterprises
✔ Operate and maintain broadacre machinery (tractors, seeders, sprayers, headers, spreaders)
✔ Oversee seasonal activities such as seeding, harvest, and livestock management
✔ Manage day-to-day farm maintenance and contribute to record keeping
✔ Support and drive performance in a high-stock-rate, intensive lamb production system

About You

✅ Minimum 1 year broadacre farming experience (sheep experience a bonus)
✅ Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility in a working leadership role
✅ Honest, reliable, and composed under pressure during peak periods
✅ Truck licence (semi) preferred; ChemCert and other certifications highly regarded
✅ Committed to agriculture as a career and looking for long-term opportunity
