Join a reputable earthmoving and civil contracting company operating throughout Kojonup, Katanning, and the Great Southern. From small-scale farm projects to large-scale civil works, we're on the lookout for skilled and motivated operators to join our team.

WE'RE HIRING FOR:
✅ Grader Operators
✅ Dozer Operators (Land Clearing & General Earthworks)
✅ Heavy Haulage / Side Tipper Operators

ABOUT THE ROLE:
🔸 Operate a modern fleet of Cat machinery including graders, dozers, floats, side tippers, scrapers, and more
🔸 Assist with a variety of works: road building, land clearing, civil and ag contracting
🔸 Work across regional and remote areas in a supportive team of 15+
🔸 Local work preferred (5 days a week), but flexible for the right candidate
🔸 Casual start with opportunity for full-time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
✔ MC Truck Licence
✔ Relevant machine tickets
✔ White Card
✔ Experience on similar gear – or willingness to learn and adapt to ag-style works
✔ Fit for work – medicals & drug testing may be required for some sites
✔ Strong safety focus and team attitude

WHAT’S ON OFFER:
💰 $35–$60/hr depending on experience
