Senior Farm Hand – Cunderdin, WA

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Farm Hand to join a progressive 7200ha broadacre enterprise in Cunderdin. This role comes with responsibility as a paddock lead, supporting day-to-day operations and mentoring others on farm.

🔸 Lead operations across seeding, spraying, harvest & paddock management

🔸 General farm & workshop duties
🔸 Support WHS compliance and guide seasonal staff

What You’ll Need:

✔ Proven broadacre cropping experience (essential)
✔ Leadership skills and ability to take responsibility as paddock lead
✔ Strong machinery operating skills (seeder, sprayer, header, tractors)
✔ MC licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
