Join a 10,000 ha broadacre cropping enterprise in Gnowangerup. A hands-on role covering all aspects of modern farming — working with CTF and VRT systems on large-scale operations using the latest machinery and precision ag tools.

👷 About the role
🔸 Operate and maintain GPS-guided machinery across seeding, spraying, harvest and fertiliser spreading
🔸 General farm duties including fencing, workshop and equipment maintenance
🔸 Ensure safe work practices and compliance with WHS policies
🔸 Work as part of a team while also taking responsibility independently
✅ What you'll need
✔ Proven cropping experience — essential
✔ MC licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Familiarity with modern farming systems — CTF, VRT, GPS
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
✔ Physically fit and dependable
💰 What's on offer
| Salary | $95,000 – $110,000 depending on experience |
