Join a 10,000ha broadacre cropping enterprise in Gnowangerup! This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of modern farming. You’ll be working with CTF (Controlled Traffic Farming) and VRT (Variable Rate Technology) systems on large-scale operations using the latest machinery and precision ag tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

🔸 Operate and maintain GPS-guided machinery (seeding, spraying, harvest, fertiliser spreading)
🔸 General farm duties – fencing, workshop, and equipment maintenance
🔸 Ensure safe work practices and compliance with WHS policies
🔸 Work as part of a team while also taking responsibility independently

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

✔ Proven cropping experience (essential)
✔ MC licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Familiarity with modern farming systems (CTF, VRT, GPS)
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
✔ Physically fit and dependable
