With major plans to expand the cropping program, we are seeking an experienced Cropping Manager to take the lead in driving operations, planning, and execution. ABOUT THE ROLE

🔸 Develop and implement annual cropping programs (seeding, spraying, fertilising, harvesting)
🔸 Manage cropping budgets and align expenses with agreed targets
🔸 Operate and maintain machinery (2 x headers, tractors, boom spray, seeder – with further equipment purchases planned)
🔸 Utilise GPS-enabled technology for efficiency and precision farming
🔸 Take ownership of day-to-day cropping operations while contributing to long-term strategic growth

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

✔ Proven cropping management experience (wheat, barley, oats, lupins)
✔ Strong machinery operation and maintenance skills
✔ Ability to plan, budget, and execute cropping programs at scale
✔ Leadership qualities – capable of taking responsibility and working with a supportive team
✔ Chemical handling, HR licence, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to progressive farming practices
