A well established broadacre cropping operation near Narembeen, WA is seeking an experienced Farm Hand to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis. Running a large scale cropping program across wheat, canola and barley, the operation offers modern machinery, precision ag technology and a genuinely great family home for the right person. 🌾 About the operation
This is a well established cropping enterprise based near Narembeen in WA's Wheatbelt, running approximately 10,000ha (9,200ha arable) under a wheat, canola and barley rotation. The operation is equipped with a modern John Deere machinery fleet, including a 616R self-propelled sprayer, S790/S780 harvesters and an 8R 310 tractor, along with Greenstar GPS, autosteer and variable rate technology throughout.

A full-time, long-term Farm Hand position suited to someone with broad cropping experience who can work independently across the full seasonal program.
Key responsibilities include:
🔸 Seeding operations
🔸 Spreading
🔸 Spraying
🔸 Harvesting
🔸 Truck driving
🔸 General machinery operation and upkeep
Hours are typically 5 days a week (8am to 5:30pm) during quieter periods, moving to 6 days a week (12 hour days) during seeding and harvest. Flexibility around the seasonal demands of the operation is expected.
✅ What you'll need
• Minimum 5 years agricultural experience
• Some truck driving experience
• Ability to work independently
• Current HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence, minimum
• Strong work ethic and flexibility around seasonal demands
• Comfortable operating modern machinery and precision ag technology
