👷 About the role
A senior position with responsibility across machinery operation, maintenance and farm systems. You'll play a key role in keeping the operation running smoothly during both peak and off-peak periods.
🔸 Operating high-capacity broadacre machinery
🔸 Seeding, spraying and harvest operations
🔸 General mechanical repairs and servicing
🔸 Welding and fabrication work
🔸 Machinery and workshop maintenance
🔸 Working independently and as part of a close-knit team
✅ What you'll need
✔ 5–7 years broadacre cropping experience
✔ Strong mechanical ability with pride in workmanship
✔ HR licence required — MC highly desirable
✔ Forklift licence preferred
✔ Ability to work long hours during peak periods
✔ High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Honest, reliable and professional approach to work
💰 What's on offer
| Pay rate | $40–$45/hr depending on experience and qualifications |
| Superannuation | Yes — paid in addition to hourly rate |
