Broadacre Operator

A 4,000 ha broadacre cropping enterprise based near Meckering in the Central Wheatbelt. The farm is well set up with modern, well-maintained machinery and a strong focus on doing things properly — from paddock preparation through to harvest. The owners take pride in both the performance of the farm and the environment their staff work in.

An all-round machinery operator position covering the full cropping program: 🔸 Seeding operations across the full program 🔸 Spraying and chemical application 🔸 Harvest operations including header and chaser bin 🔸 Fertiliser and lime spreading 🔸 Machinery maintenance, servicing and general upkeep 🔸 General farm maintenance and workshop duties 🔸 Working both independently and alongside a small team This role suits someone who takes pride in their machinery, runs a tight paddock, and is happy to back themselves across all aspects of the operation.

• Proven broadacre cropping experience across multiple seasons • Confidence operating a full range of large-scale broadacre machinery • Strong mechanical aptitude and a tidy approach to equipment care • Ability to work independently and use good judgment in the paddock • HR or MC licence preferred • Reliable, switched on and easy to work with
