Mill Production Manager

ABOUT THE BUSINESS
A well established regional agribusiness with over 45 years of history specialising in high quality sheep and cattle pellet production.
The operation is located five minutes out of Williams towards Narrogin and is known for strong systems, consistent output and a people first culture.
The business is focused on doing things properly, safely and sustainably, with a strong emphasis on developing their people for the long term.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands on production leadership role, not a desk only position. You will spend time on the plant floor, leading by example, while also handling the planning, coordination and reporting required to run a modern feed manufacturing operation.
You will be supported directly by the General Manager, who has been with the business since 1983 and brings decades of operational knowledge and leadership experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys building strong teams, setting standards and getting involved when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
πΈ Lead, support and develop production staff and operators
πΈ Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules
πΈ Maintain strong safety, quality and feed compliance standards
πΈ Build a positive, disciplined and accountable site culture
πΈ Drive continuous improvement in people capability and processes
πΈ Work closely with management to meet production and cost targets
